During my time there i have been out on many different types of vessels. I know a bit about sailing and power boats and love the open water. I am 40 years old with a wife and a three year old son. I have 18 years cooking experience mostly fine dining. I am American of course but unlike alot of my countrymen I have lived abroad in Denmark and NewZealand. I currently reside in Denver, Colorado. It is quite miserable here for a person wholoves the ocean. I broke my leg three years ago resulting in a belowthe knee amputation. I have applied for a few jobs here without much luck. I would enjoy and appreciate an opportunity to cook on a boat. I have heard good things about the experience from other chefs and always relished the idea. I am a chef and have had my battles with ego and temper however being a bit older now those types of characteristics have mellowed and I let my work spak for itself.
